BUSINESS CONTACTS

As independent freelance PR practitioners it is important for us to keep in touch with our contacts and to comply with GDPR legislation.  For each business contact we store their name, role, company name, address, phone number and email address on a secure database. We retain email addresses of business contacts for two years after the last communication. Under the GDPR you have the right to see your record, to correct any errors and to ask for your details to be removed.  We will be happy to comply with your wishes in these respects.

MEDIA CONTACTS

We keep lists of media contacts so that we can send news and editorial suggestions from our clients. We only send information that we believe is relevant to your publication and useful for your work. For each new client, we will consult you to ask whether you would like to receive material relating to them. We store the editor’s name, role, publication, address, phone number, email address and brief notes. If the details we hold about you are not accurate or have changed, please tell us and we will correct them.  You may of course “opt-out” at any time. If you do not wish to receive news and information from a particular company we work with, or if you want to have your details to be removed from the media list completely, please tell us and we will happily comply with your wishes and instructions.

ALL CONTACTS

We highly value our working relationships. Please be assured that your contact details are stored in a secure system and will never be sold or shared with any other person, business or organisation.
